AutoCAD 2012 Performance Slowdown Hotfix (32/64 bit) (and for Civil 3D)

There is a new hotfix released for AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012 that addresses a slowdown caused by the layer control update available in the ribbon. You can download the file here.

Please make sure you download the version applicable to your version of Civil 3D 2012 (32 or 64 bit)
