Are you an admin responsible for managing Autodesk users and subscriptions? Don’t miss joining us for FREE at this year’s Autodesk University from November 17 – 20.

Based on this year’s most popular topics, we’ve created four classes for admins specifically, check out what’s coming below!

1.  Instructional Demo: New, Faster Install Experience to Speed Up Workflows

As part of our 2022 product releases, many products will include a faster install and easier deployment experience that will automate critical updates, customize and streamline deployment, and let users get up and running instantly without any downtime.

Come learn all about the new install experience and how it can improve your uptime and security.

2.  Customer Panel: Why I chose a Premium Plan for my Business

Are you considering upgrading your team to a Premium plan? With new plans for named users available, it can be tough to figure out which is the best fit for your company.

Hear directly from a customer on why they chose Premium and what challenges the Premium features helped them overcome. Then, learn tips and tricks from product managers to maximize the value of product usage reporting with user details and single sign-on, so your company can be more efficient in administrative tasks and software spend.

You will leave the session with a clearer understanding of the differences between a Standard and Premium plan, so you can make the right purchasing decision for their company.

3.  Instructional Demo: Best Practices for the Transition to Named User

With the transition to named user underway, learn how to take full advantage of new features such as bulk import & assign users, single sign-on, product usage reporting, and more. You will also get key tips for user management, licensing, and activation from Autodesk Account Product Managers so you can be a more efficient Autodesk admin.

You’ll leave this session equipped with a better understanding of what’s changed, how to best switch your users from multi-user to single-user and learn how to use the new experience to your advantage so you can speed up your workflow.

4.  Hands on Lab: Four Steps to Transition to Named User

Have questions about the steps you need to take to transition to a named user subscription from a multi-user subscription or network maintenance plan?

Follow along as we demonstrate step-by-step instructions on the 4 steps you need to take for a successful transition: adding users with our four invite workflows, assigning users to your subscriptions with import to assign and Active Directory Group Sync, updating your license type to a named user subscription using automation or self-service by end users, decommissioning license servers to ensure users no longer have network license access, and familiarizing yourself with the new sign-in process for your users.

Our experts will make sure you have the tips and tricks to set-up your new named user subscription in the most efficient way possible.

Register now at no cost to save your spot. We will update this blog post with the session date and time so make sure to bookmark and check back in late October. We look forward to having you join us!
