It's that time of year again. The Call for Proposals (CFP) for Autodesk University 2012 in Las Vegas is open. Perhaps you left AU 2011 with an idea of a class you could teach, or thoughts about how you could extend concepts from the class you taught last year. Now is the time to revisit those ideas.

You can start submitting proposals beginning on April 24. Don't wait until April 24 to get started though—all of the information you need to start working on your class proposals is available now on the Call for Proposals site. You have until May 22 to submit proposals.

There are a few changes for AU 2012. First, this CFP is for classes to be taught at AU 2012 in Las Vegas only. A separate CFP will be issued for AU Virtual 2012 in late June. Second, we have renamed the "unconference" session to roundtable session. Same format, different name.

All of the AU community benefits when you share your knowledge about your work and your industry. We invite proposals for classes, labs, panels, seminars, and roundtable sessions on a variety of topics. Read the Tracks page to find detailed information about the types of classes we seek.

Stay in touch with the CFP process by monitoring the AU Speaker Blog and the AU Speaker Forum on LinkedIn.

The entire AU Team looks forward to another great conference. We appreciate your participation as we work to  create yet another spectacular AU learning and networking event.
