From all of us on the Autodesk Automotive team, we wish you all the best over the holidays and into 2024!
There’s a tradition in Germany featuring a toy incense smoker, the Räuchermänchen. The eastern part of Germany — the Ore Mountain region — is known for these unique figures, typically based on regional craftsmen such as foresters, peddlers, miners, and soldiers. The Räuchermänchen are small, handcrafted wooden figures in which you place a small incense candle with scents like frankincense, pine, or cinnamon.
Pascal Siefert, Senior Technical Product Manager on our team, took the Räuchermänchen into a holiday scene, added a VR headset, and gave him VR controllers.
Curious about how he did it? Stay tuned for his workflow in early 2024!
