We are thrilled to announce new capabilities in Flow Capture (formerly Moxion) that streamline collaboration and content sharing for production teams. With a new Playlist and Sharing experience, coupled with advanced approval workflows, organizing and distributing content has never been easier. These additions ensure that your team stays in sync across locations, enabling seamless coordination and creativity across all your projects.

New Playlists Experience

Playlists have always been a key part of Flow Capture’s collaborative and secure real-time review environment, Flow Capture Rooms, enabling teams to assemble assets from various folders and productions. Now, Playlists are taking center stage with enhanced functionality and greater accessibility, making content management more efficient and flexible for all.

Playlists take the center stage for quick access

No longer confined to the Rooms panel, Playlists have their own dedicated tab within folder navigation, allowing you to organize and share content across folders. This means even users with Viewer permissions can create playlists and enjoy private screenings.

Flexible Sharing Options

Additionally, you can share the same playlist multiple times with different attributes and audiences, such as:

Advanced Approval Workflow

Productions can now define and apply a custom status to assets across the entire production. These tags can range from simple statuses like “In Progress” and “Done” to more complex workflow indicators such as “Awaiting Approval” and “Approved.” This enhances content tracking and organization, making it easier to monitor the progress and status of various assets within your production.
