Dicas Subassembly Composer SAC – Parte 3: Superelevação para Acostamento padrão DER-SP

Olá pessoal!

Resolvemos complicar um pouco as coisas aqui no Subassembly Composer. Hoje vamos mostrar como desenvolver uma subassembly que atenda ao padrão do DER-SP com relação à transição da superelevação do acostamento. Com as seções-tipo padrão que vem no Civil 3D, não conseguimos fazer o alinhamento seguir ao padrão de superelevação do acostamento de forma automática. Para tal façanha vamos lançar mão de uma técnica própria, a técnica de extração de informações de múltiplas opções para ser utilizada em uma sequência única – doravante apelidada de Técnica da Sequência Única. O documento utilizado como base para esta subassembly é o PP-DE-F07-022_A que rege a forma de se distribuir superelevação tanto da pista, quanto do acostamento. Além dos pontos e linhas utilizados no exemplo de semana passada, vamos utilizar diversos pontos e linhas auxiliares. Serão utilizadas novas ferramentas de Workflow como Decision (decisão) e Flowchart (fluxograma). Em Miscellaneous, usaremos o Define Variable e o Set Output Parameter. Em adição a estas ferramentas, serão estabelecidos novos parâmetros – os Targets (alvos).

Vamos lá. Abra o Autodesk Subassembly Composer 2015 e crie os seguintes parâmetros de entrada e saída:

Parameters

Devemos criar alvos para essa seção. Para isto, acesse a aba Target Parameters. Criamos o acostamento da esquerda e o acostamento da direita, e estabelecemos 2,5m de largura como padrão.

Alvos

No caso dessa subassembly, será necessário separar dois fluxos lógicos, um para o lado direito da seção e outro para o lado esquerdo. Para isso, a primeira coisa que vamos fazer será perguntar se estamos no lado direito ou no lado esquerdo. Na Tool Box, abaixo de Workflow, clique em Decision e arraste para o espaço Flowchart. Nas propriedades, determine a condição: Side = Right.

DICA: Como serão muitos elementos inseridos nos fluxogramas, aconselho arrastar os elementos, deletar o conector automático (que o programa atribui de forma sequencial), e após dispor todos os elementos necessários de forma organizada, conectá-los logicamente. Isso é uma boa prática e evita erros e retrabalhos durante o processo de programação de subassemblies.

Decisionproperties

Clique em Flowchart, também sob Workflow, e arraste um para cada lado do Decision. Do lado do True, nomeie o Flowchart como Direita, e do lado do False, nomeie como Esquerda.

Multipleflowcharts

Vamos programar primeiro o fluxograma chamado Direita. Dê um duplo clique sobre o fluxograma para visualizá-lo na sua janela.

Primeiramente, crie um ponto auxiliar AP1. Na Toolbox, sob Auxiliary, clique e arraste um Auxiliary Point abaixo do botão Start. Altere o tipo para Slope and Delta X. Modifique a inclinação para 0.00% e o delta x para 0. Crie um segundo ponto auxiliar AP2, que automaticamente virá com uma linha auxiliar. Insira 0.00% para a inclinação e delta x igual a 1.

A lógica das decisões gira em torno da tabela e do esquema de giro da superelevação do acostamento, encontrados no lado direito do documento PP-DE-F07-022_A do DER-SP em “Giro da Superelevação”. Se a superelevação da pista for maior ou igual a -2%, verificamos se a superelevação do acostamento é maior ou igual a 5%. Se for menor que -2%, verificamos se está entre -3% e -2%, e assim por diante. No final dessas verificações, a partir das condições da superelevação, geramos os pontos do limite da camada de revestimento. Então vem os comandos que desenham as camadas do pavimento. Qualquer dúvida sobre a lógica perguntem aqui embaixo que responderemos você.

DICA: Para [tentar] facilitar a compreensão, em cada lado – direito e esquerdo – serão um total de 6 decisões, às quais levarão a uma nova sequência de comandos, que serão contidos em um fluxograma. Ao todo, em cada lado teremos 8 fluxograma. Portanto, 6 decisões e 8 fluxogramas na parte da direita, 6 decisões e 8 fluxogramas na parte da esquerda. O 8o fluxograma é onde colocaremos os últimos comandos para desenho de todas as camadas do pavimento!

O SAC identifica programações defeituosas por este ponto de exclamação ” Erro“.  Este ícone sumirá quando terminarmos de configurar as decisões. Faça o mesmo para a parte esquerda.

Agora temos que atribuir às decisões suas determinadas condições. Em ordem da esquerda para a direita da tela, temos:

  1. -AL1.Slope >=  0.05
  2. -AL1.Slope >= -0.02
  3. -AL1.Slope >= -0.03
  4. -AL1.Slope >= -0.04
  5. -AL1.Slope >= -0.05
  6. -AL1.Slope >= -0.06

Analogamente, no fluxograma denominado “Esquerda” atribuímos as mesmas condições, porém ao invés de AL1 será AL2.

DICA: Para o SAC fazer a leitura da superelevação no sentido correto para nossa análise, devemos inserir um sinal de negativo (-) à frente.

Por consequência, nomearemos os fluxogramas de acordo à lógica resultante do processo de decisão:

Inequações

Em cada flowchart, que nomeamos a partir de suas inequações, precisamos criar os pontos da subassembly – que, afinal das contas, é o que irá aparecer como resultado de todo esse processo. Nos flowcharts simples, e>=5%, -2%<=e<5% e e<-6% (o que os torna simples é a quantidade de elementos necessários para construirmos a transição da superelevação), utilizaremos 2 pontos, 1 linha e 2 parâmetros de saída:

Estes últimos dois elementos são os parâmetros de saída, e são peça chave da técnica da sequência única. Para todas as inequações, os resultados finais serão representados por este par coordenado. A lógica entre os pontos é dada por:

  1. Primeiro Ponto – Origem – é o ponto de partida – atribuimos o código de “ACOST1D” quando no lado direito e “ACOST1E” quando no lado esquerdo;
  2. Segundo Ponto – Fim – é o ponto de largura igual ao parâmetro “Largura” e inclinação da AL1 do lado direito e da AL2 no lado esquerdo – analogamente atribuimos o código de “ACOST2D”/ “ACOST2E” – delimitaremos um alvo como limite – AcostamentoDir/AcostamentoEsq;
  3. Linha – conecta a origem e o fim – inicia no primeiro ponto e termina no segundo ponto – atribuimos o código de “AcostamentoSC” porém pode inserir qualquer código que preferir. Por exemplo:  “AcostamentoPP-DER”, “AcostamentoDER-Super”, etc.
  4. UltimoPontoY – é um elemento novo – Set Output Parameter sob Miscellaneaous  é a ordenada resultante da técnica da sequência única, e seu valor é a ordenada do segundo ponto, exemplo P2.Y.
  5. UltimoPontoX – analogamente, é a abcissa resultante da técnica da sequência única, e seu valor é a abcissa do segundo ponto, exemplo P2.X.

Nos flowcharts de inequações mais compridas, ou seja, todas as outras, temos que elaborar um fluxo lógico em que o SAC calcule a diferença entre a superelevação e o valor mínimo da inequação (da esquerda para a direita são eles -3%, -4%, -5% e -6%).

A única coisa nova aqui é uma conta inicial. Primeiro temos que chamar uma variável double que no lado direito nomeamos de Super3D, Super4D, Super5D e Super6D – mudando apenas para terminação E no lado esquerdo. Trata-se de um Define Variable (sob Workflow) e tem valor padrão da inclinação da AL1 no lado direito e AL2 no lado esquerdo, por exemplo AL1.Slope e AL2.Slope. Em segundo lugar, fazer a interpolação da tabela 1, que é dada pela superelevação no acostamento “a” (por exemplo -4%) menos a diferença entre (-) a superelevação mínima da inequação (por exemplo 3% e a superelevação da AL, dada pela variável double anterior (por exemplo Super3D), que por sua vez emula a superelevação da seção de projeto. É um pouco complexo de se explicar em palavras, mas tudo se resume na equação -0.04 – (0.03 – Super3D).

Após estes fluxogramas, temos que criar as camadas do pavimento. Para isto, faremos uso da Sequence, sob Workflow também.

Camadas

Agora, para cada camada, basta criar os seus pontos delimitantes. A do Pavimento, que corresponde à camada de revestimento, é a mais extensa, mas entender a lógica dela dá um embasamento para as demais camadas. Temos que criar 4 pontos para criar a camada, e linhas que ligam estes pontos. Ao fim, uma área que inclua todas estas linhas.

Pavimento

Os pontos estarão nas seguintes coordenadas:

  1. P15: Delta X = 0; Delta Y = 0;
  2. P16: Delta X = UltimoPontoX; Delta Y = UltimoPontoY;
  3. P17: Delta X = 0; Delta Y = -Pavimento;
  4. P18: Delta X = UltimoPontoX; Delta Y = UltimoPontoY – Pavimento.

As quatro linhas ligam os pontos dois a dois:

  1. Start Point = P15; End Point = P16;
  2. Start Point = P15; End Point = P17;
  3. Start Point = P17; End Point = P18;
  4. Start Point = P16; End Point = P18.

A área que envolve as 4 linhas: Component > Links: L11 L10 L9 L8

Nas demais, criaremos apenas dois pontos, pois aproveitaremos os dois pontos inferiores das camadas superiores. No eixo x, se alterna entre 0 e UltimoPontoX. No eixo y, é cumulativo, como mostra a  última camada, ReforçoSubLeito:

  2. P24: Delta X = UltimoPontoX; Delta Y = UltimoPontoY – Pavimento – Base – SubBase – ReforçoSubLeito

Linhas:

  1. Start Point: P23; End Point: P21 (primeiro ponto da camada superior)
  2. Start Point: P24; End Point: P22 (segundo ponto da camada superior)
  3. Start Point: P23; End Point: P24.

Fazemos de forma análoga no lado esquerdo, Subassembly > Flowchart > Esquerda.

Ao terminar a subassembly, antes de importá-la ao civil, pode criar uma imagem para inserir no SAC como ícone, que irá aparecer quando importar este arquivo super.pkt para o seu Tool Palette. Assim, evita que sua seção apareça no Tool Palette apenas como um quadradinho branco, e você tenha que reconhecê-la apenas pero nome. Vai ficar pequenina, mas pode te ajudar a encontrar a sua subassembly.
