A análise de ruído é uma ferramenta poderosa para tomadores de decisão lidarem com problemas relacionados ao ruído ambiental do tráfego. Morar em áreas com altos níveis de ruído está associado a efeitos adversos significativos à saúde, e reduzir o número de pessoas que vivem nessas condições é uma grande parte da nossa missão de projetar cidades melhores.

Usando a análise de ruído, você pode encontrar respostas para perguntas como qual a probabilidade de as pessoas se sentirem incomodadas pelo ruído, ou qual a probabilidade de os moradores serem expostos a níveis de ruído insalubres. 1. Configuração e execução de uma análise de ruído detalhada

Adicionando estradas ou trilhos como fontes de ruído

Para executar a análise, você precisa adicionar fontes de ruído.

  1. Adicione fontes de ruído desenhando ou importando uma estrada ou trilho para o seu projeto.
  2. Quando você tiver suas estradas ou trilhos posicionados, você pode adicionar os dados de tráfego correspondentes a essa estrada ao selecioná-la. Você também precisa distribuir o tráfego ao longo do dia (day) (06h00-18h00), noite (evening) (18h00-22h00) e madrugada (night) (22h00-06h00).

a. Para estradas:

  • ADT (Tráfego Médio Diário): quantidade média de carros que passam todos os dias em todas as direções e faixas.
  • Tráfego pesado (heavy traffic): a quantidade de veículos pesados como ônibus e caminhões afetará o nível de ruído geral.

b. Para trilhos:

  • ADT (Tráfego Médio Diário): número combinado de carros de trem que passam todos os dias em todas as direções e faixas.
  • Comprimento do veículo: comprimento por carro de trem.
  • Tipo de trilho: trem, metrô ou bonde.

3. Dados de tráfego podem ser fornecidos pelos órgãos de mobilidade urbana e companhias de engenharia de tráfego da sua região.

Execute a análise

Você pode executar uma análise de ruído enquanto estiver no modo de design, indo para a guia de análise de ruído no menu do lado direito e clicando em “Executar análise detalhada “Run detailed analysis”. 2. Para que você pode usar a análise de ruído detalhada?

Neste caso, temos um terreno e precisamos de uma certa quantidade de área de solo com baixo ruído para atender aos requisitos regulatórios específicos. O local também fica próximo ao centro da cidade, então desejamos garantir uma boa qualidade de vida para maximizar o valor de cada unidade.

Assim, usando a análise de ruído, vamos procurar criar áreas de solo verde e garantir que todos os apartamentos tenham pelo menos uma fachada verde. Na imagem abaixo, você pode ver duas propostas de design diferentes para o local, com área de construção igual. Ambos fornecem um pátio semi-aberto, mas apresentam resultados muito diferentes em termos de nível de ruído.

A proposta à esquerda está aberta para uma estrada com tráfego significativo, expondo assim a área do solo no pátio a muito ruído, e vários apartamentos terão um nível médio de ruído em ambos os lados. Se assumirmos que a regulamentação determina que os apartamentos devem ter um “lado tranquilo” e que as áreas externas privadas devem estar dentro dos níveis “verdes” de ruído, não podemos construir apartamentos de dois lados e metade do pátio não seria considerada como espaços ao ar livre.

Qualidade de vida

Em geral, sugere-se que todos os apartamentos tenham pelo menos uma fachada voltada para uma área verde com um nível de ruído baixo.

Para resolver isso, poderíamos considerar mover o prédio para longe da fonte de ruído ou mudar a função para comercial para essa área específica. Também poderíamos considerar alterar o terreno ou construir uma parede de ruído para proteger os moradores.

Na proposta à direita, escolhemos um terceiro caminho movendo um grande volume que costumava estar no lado norte para o lado sul do terreno. Isso cria uma parede de ruído em direção à estrada e fecha o pátio, melhorando dramaticamente a qualidade de vida. Como o volume do prédio é aproximadamente o mesmo, ele não compromete o valor do terreno.

3. Interpretação dos resultados da análise de ruído detalhada

Abaixo, você verá um resultado típico de uma análise de ruído. As cores nas fachadas dos prédios e na área do solo ilustram os níveis de ruído calculados em decibéis (dB(A)). Na parte inferior da janela, uma barra mostra o nível de dB(A) para cada tonalidade de cor.

Simplificando, verde significa silencioso, vermelho significa barulhento e amarelo significa algo intermediário. Usando a ferramenta de inspeção, você verá o valor de dB(A) em cada ponto.

Insira a situação de ruído e as estatísticas para estrada, trilho ou total (o pior caso entre estrada e trilho é mostrado) alternando no lado direito. A seleção será atualizada com as métricas de análise correspondentes.

4. Simplificação de edifícios 3D

Como descrevemos em nossa documentação técnica, usamos um framework chamado CNOSSOS para calcular o ruído do tráfego.

Embora seja um framework de última geração, ele só é definido para operar com uma representação simples da geometria original. Em resumo, os cálculos de ruído assumem que o mundo é “2.5 dimensional”, de modo que cada posição no plano tem uma única altura. Em outras palavras, espaço aberto não pode existir sob outra geometria.

Além disso, o custo computacional depende muito do nível de detalhe incorporado ao modelo. Portanto, um grande número de fachadas pode levar a tempos de execução inaceitáveis para a análise de ruído.

Ainda assim, gostaríamos de fornecer informações valiosas sobre as situações de ruído. Para isso, criamos um algoritmo automático de simplificação que tenta reproduzir o que os acústicos profissionais fariam ao receberem uma geometria altamente detalhada. Nosso objetivo é manter a forma geral do prédio, mas remover o máximo de detalhes possível e garantir que o edifício seja adequado para análise acústica.

Como a simplificação é abordada

Existem algumas considerações a ter em mente ao avaliar o ruído em edifícios complexos que foram simplificados.

Espaço vazio sob outra geometria é preenchido

Como mencionado anteriormente, as análises de ruído não permitem espaço vazio sob geometrias. Consequentemente, preenchemos todos os espaços vazios com massa de construção ao simplificar. Isso é evidente no exemplo acima, onde há um “túnel” sob um dos prédios centrais. Na versão simplificada, esses túneis são removidos. Além disso, varandas anexadas aos lados dos prédios têm o espaço por baixo preenchido.

Um exemplo ainda mais claro é ilustrado no modelo da Torre Eiffel a seguir, onde está claro que as amplas quantidades de ar desapareceram. Isso também significa que o prédio simplificado age como um bloqueador de ruído do outro lado da estrada barulhenta.

Os resultados diretos são conservadores, as áreas protegidas são não conservadoras

Com referência à Torre Eiffel acima, fica claro que a área atrás do prédio fica protegida do ruído do tráfego mais do que na vida real. Por outro lado, os resultados diretos na fachada são geralmente mais altos do que na vida real, já que a geometria simplificada é maior e as fachadas estão mais próximas da fonte de ruído. Além disso, o prédio simplificado refletirá mais ruído, levando a resultados conservadores no solo entre a estrada e o prédio também.

Pequenos detalhes, superfícies inclinadas e bordas afiadas não são preservados

Pequenos detalhes e bordas afiadas serão perdidos durante o processo de simplificação. Como mostrado abaixo, objetos como postes de luz e cadeiras são ignorados ou incorporados a um volume adjacente maior. Se você não deseja que esses recursos afetem a análise de ruído, nossa dica é criar uma versão do seu modelo que os exclua e importar o prédio simplificado em vez disso.

Superfícies inclinadas, como o telhado deste café no exemplo, são substituídas por um padrão de escada, pois todas as superfícies devem ser horizontais ou verticais.

Além disso, observe que, se você tiver algo como telas de ruído finas em seu modelo de prédio, há uma baixa probabilidade de que elas sejam mantidas. As telas precisam ter uma certa largura (0,5m ou 1′ e 8″) para serem consideradas pela análise.

Vegetação e outros objetos tratados como parte do prédio

Uma última observação digna de menção é que nosso algoritmo atual só deve ser usado para edifícios. No caso acima, o modelo de prédio importado inclui muitos detalhes que na verdade não fazem parte do prédio e não devem atuar como barreiras de ruído. Como a vegetação normalmente é ignorada ao calcular o ruído do tráfego, é importante ter em mente que essas geometrias levarão a níveis de ruído conservadores atrás delas. Por enquanto, não temos como identificar quais partes da malha importada devem ser ignoradas.

5. Manuseio de geometrias finas

Geometrias com menos de 0,5 metros podem ter a tendência de “vazar”. Como você pode ver no exemplo abaixo, a parte mais fina desta parede não bloqueará o ruído.

6. Condições de ruído sob uma saliência

Como a análise de ruído funciona apenas em 2.5 D, em nosso serviço de simplificação, removeremos todas as saliências. Isso é feito puxando a fachada onde a saliência está para o nível do solo. Isso formará uma nova fachada de geometria que será tanto as fachadas que bloqueiam e refletem o ruído, quanto onde mediremos e relataremos os níveis de ruído da análise.

7. A tecnologia por trás da análise de ruído

Os cálculos de ruído na análise do Forma estão de acordo com o Método Comum de Avaliação de Ruído na Europa (CNOSSOS-EU) desenvolvido pela Comissão Europeia.
