Dicas Subassembly Composer SAC – Parte 4: Talude de Corte de 1a, 2a e 3a Categoria

Pedro Soethe
19/09/2014

Side: este parâmetro corresponde ao lado esquerdo ou direito da linha base, seu padrão é o lado direito;

OUTX: este parâmetro horizontal é de saída e utilizado internamente no subassembly para que o mesmo seja construído por uma sequência única;

OUTY: este parâmetro vertical é de saída e utilizado internamente no subassembly para que o mesmo seja construído por uma sequência única;

Nas propriedades, no campo condição (Condition), escreva AP1.IsValid And AP2.IsValid And AP3.IsValid

Verificando pontos validos

enquadrar a situação novamente.

  1. AP1.IsValid And AP2.IsValid And AP3.IsValid -> True: Corte3Cat; False, próxima decisão
  2. AP1.IsValid And AP3.IsValid -> True: Corte3Cat; False, próxima decisão
  3. AP2.IsValid And AP1.IsValid, -> True: Corte2Cat; False, próxima decisão
  4. AP1.IsValid -> True: 1Cat; False, Aterro

Flowchart geral

  1. P23 – Origem: Delta X = 0 e Delta Y = 0
  2. P24&L23 – do ponto P23 com Slope = -3% e Delta X = LarguraPlataforma-.46 Link Code “TOPATERRO”
  3. P25&L24 – do ponto P24 com  Delta X = 0 e Delta Y = -0.2 Link Code “TERRAATERRO”
  4. P26&L25 – do ponto P23 com Delta X = 0 e Delta Y = -0.2 Link Code “TERRAATERRO”
  5. L26 – “REBATERRO” do ponto P25 ao P26
  6. Canaleta – Sequence – ver pontos abaixo
  7. S6 – com os links L26 L25 L24 L23 e shape code “ATERRO”
  8. S7 – com os links L27 L28 L29 L30 L31 L32 L33 L34 , porém só é possível fazê-la mediante término da canaleta, conforme pode ser visto abaixo.

Aterro

  1. P27 – a partir do ponto P24 com Delta X = 0 e Delta Y = -0.28
  2. P28 – a partir do ponto P27 com Delta X = 0.46 e Delta Y = 0
  3. P29 – a partir do ponto P28 com Delta X = 0 e Delta Y = 0.28
  4. P30 – a partir do ponto P29 com Delta X = -0.08 e Delta Y = 0
  5. P31 – a partir do ponto P30 com Delta X = 0 e Delta Y = -0.2
  6. P32 – a partir do ponto P31 com Delta X = -0.3 e Delta Y = 0
  7. P33 – a partir do ponto P32 com Delta X = 0 e Delta Y = 0.2
  8. L27 – código “REBATERRO” a partir do ponto P24 ao ponto P27
  9. L28 – código “REBATERRO” a partir do ponto P27 ao ponto P28
  10. L29 – código “REBATERRO” a partir do ponto P28 ao ponto P29
  11. L30 – código “TOPATERRO” a partir do ponto P29 ao ponto P30
  12. L31 – código “TOPATERRO” a partir do ponto P30 ao ponto P31
  13. L32 – código “TOPATERRO” a partir do ponto P31 ao ponto P32
  14. L33 – código “TOPATERRO” a partir do ponto P32 ao ponto P33
  15. L34 – código “TOPATERRO” a partir do ponto P33 ao ponto P24

Agora sim, volte ao flowchart Aterro e crie a S6.

A disposição destes elementos ficou conforme a figura abaixo.

Sequence

  1. P34 – Origem – Delta X = OUTX e Delta Y = OUTY
  2. AP4 – a partir de P34 – Slope = 100,00% até a superfície Superficie1Cat
  3. AL1 – a partir de P34
  4. Decision – condição AL1.XLength>10
  5. False -> P35&L35 – a partir de P34 – Slope = 100,00% até a superfície Superficie1Cat
  6. True ->
  • AP5&AL2 – a partir de P34 – Angle =  45 e Delta X = 8
  • AP6&AL3 – a partir de AP5 – Angle =  -6 e Delta X = 4
  • P36&L36 – a partir de P34 – Delta X = 8 e Delta Y = 8

Corte
