AIF 2023 at a glance — and on demand

The 2023 AIF in Frankfurt, Germany was an opportunity for the automotive design and manufacturing community to come together over two full days.

Attendees from around the world heard from leading OEMs, suppliers, start-ups and technology partners, and had the opportunity to network with experts in design, manufacturing and engineering.

We’d like to thank everyone who attended and supported the event.

At a glance

AIF doubled in size from 2022, with 580+ attendees

91.3% attendance

23 countries represented

41 automotive OEM brands present

  • 13 Factory & Manufacturing sessions

Sessions were primarily customer-led and attendees took in several great thought leadership presentations. We also had customers presenting workflows and best practices. The Autodesk team led a Product Keynote along with some sessions focused on product updates. This included presentations on Digital and sustainable design workflows, Color, Material & Finish (CMF) workflows, VR and MR, Integrated Factory Modeling state of the industry and opportunities for AI in transportation design.

36 speakers (from BMW, Northvolt, Porsche, Rivian, BCG, Toyota, SEAT, among others)

182 trees will be planted to recognize customers who have completed marketing surveys, as part of a reforestation program.
