Description & Summary Advanced Text Editing
To continue to help Meeting Organizers emphasize, highlight, and organize critical information within their meeting records, we have added advanced text editing capabilities to the meeting description and summary fields.
What to know:
- When a user creates a meeting, they become the Meeting Organizer and can edit the record. Meeting Organizers can also promote a meeting invitee(s) to become a Co-Organizer, giving them access to edit the record.
- When you select text and add a link, the link becomes a hyperlink in both the meeting record and exported PDF.
- Advanced text editing is also available for meeting items
