Our PAUSE series aims to share Design Studio Blog posts you may have missed. It’s a chance for you to pause on a particular subject or series and take it in.
Mike Turner, Senior Designer with DG Design, is an industrial designer with 24 years’ experience working primarily in automotive and non-automotive design sectors—passenger rail vehicle, motorcycle, construction machinery, off-road vehicle, etc.
Self-described as an “Alias Pilot for the past 23 years,” Mike is relatively new to VRED but was keen to share some insights, techniques, and practical tips. The three series he’s created share the insights he’s had since he began exploring VRED.
These tips aim to help smooth out your workflow, give you a nicer output, and tackle more ambitious imaging techniques. Bonus: Mike’s industry insights about using VRED as a designer s well as some recent design projects.
